When it comes to mental health and how we feel, we’re all different.  However, whatever you’re feeling, if it is stopping you from doing the things you want or need to, then perhaps it's time to talk to someone.

D6’s counselling service offers a safe, confidential space to explore the things that you find difficult to talk about with friends or family.
